| 摘 要： | 目的:研究三黄散瘀巴布剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:制备低、中、高剂量的三黄散瘀巴布剂,观察不同剂量三黄散瘀巴布剂对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和10%蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀的抗炎作用;观察不同剂量三黄散瘀巴布剂对小鼠醋酸扭体和小鼠热板法的作用。结果:三黄散瘀巴布剂对10%蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀和二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05);能明显减少由醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,可显著提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05)。结论:三黄散瘀巴布剂具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。
