| 摘 要： | 目的:研究蜂针疗法对类风湿关节炎(RA)所致膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取获得随访的RA合并膝关节滑膜炎患者46例。随机分为蜂针组和对照组。对照组采用MTX、SASP和美洛昔康片口服。蜂针组在对照组的基础上加用蜂针疗法,三个月为一疗程。治疗前后观察Lequesne指数、VAS、HSS评分和膝周长、B超积液和滑膜厚度探查、ESR、CRP检测。结果:蜂针组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,蜂针组治疗1月、3月后Lequesne指数、VAS评分明显降低,HSS评分明显升高(P<0.05);膝周长和积液深度均明显减少。蜂针组、对照组与治疗前比较,1月、3月后Lequesne指数、VAS评分明显降低,HSS评分明显升高(P<0.05、P<0.01)。膝周长和积液深度、滑膜厚度均明显减轻(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:两组治疗RA所致膝滑膜炎均有较好的临床效果,但蜂针组见效早、疗效更为显著。
