| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨生津合剂对急性放射性食管损伤大鼠免疫功能的修复作用。方法:用加速器一次性照射43Gy诱导SD大鼠发生食管炎,建立大鼠急性放射性食管损伤模型,按实验设计处理各组大鼠,研究使用生津合剂后大鼠外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞改变,用流式细胞术检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞值变化。结果:辐射导致急性放射性食管炎大鼠外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞计数及百分数降低,血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞值降低;与模型组比较,中药生津合剂能提高大鼠外周血淋巴细胞计数及百分数(P<0.05),降低中性粒细胞百分比(P<0.05),提高血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞值,并以高剂量组效果最明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药生津合剂对急性放射性食管损伤大鼠的免疫功能有修复作用。
