| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。方法:将300例患者分为中西医结合治疗组与西医治疗为主的对照组比较观察不同的疗效,分别评定初、中、末期的BI、FMA、NDS。结果:治疗后3种评分值(BI、FMA、NDS)比较均有改善,治疗后分值较治疗前分值有非常高度显著性差异(P<0.001),治疗后两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性脑梗塞能够取长补短,充分发挥中西药物的长处,值得临床推广。
