| 摘 要： | 中医学认为肝主疏泄,其功能表现于促进水液代谢、促进脾胃运化功能、调畅情志、调畅气机等方面。多年来,这一认识早已为中医界所熟知而且广泛应用于临床。但对于"肝主疏泄是如何调控水液、促进脾胃运化、调畅情志,其作用机制为何"却少有研究。研究表明,肠易激综合征与肝之疏泄功能密切相关,疏肝健脾法为治疗本病的主要治法,提出了通过对疏肝健脾法论治肠易激综合征的研究,进一步探讨肝主疏泄促进脾胃运化的作用机制的新思路。
