| 摘 要： | 骨痹的临床范畴包括退行性骨关节病、骨质疏松、骨坏死等。早在内经之中就有关于骨痹的记载。在中医药传统理论"肾主骨"理论指导下,多数医家对骨痹相关疾病主张"从肾论治",并取得了不错的临床效果。随着科学技术的发展进步,许多学者结合现代细胞分子生物学技术通过开展对补肾药物治疗骨痹相关疾病的实验研究,来阐明骨痹相关疾病"从肾论治"理论的现代含义,并取得了不错的进展,就近年来的研究现状做一综述。
