中西医结合卒中单元对缺血性中风急性期临床疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合卒中单元对急性期缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:100例急性期缺血性中风住院患者,随机分为中西医结合卒中单元组(治疗组)与西医卒中单元组(对照组),两组患者均按目前一般卒中单元模式进行综合治疗,治疗组另加规范的中医辨证治疗和针刺治疗;主要观察指标为神经功能评估(M IHSS)、日常生活能力评估(B I)。结果:治疗组治疗后病人的神经功能和日常生活活动能力较对照组病人有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:与一般的卒中单元比较,中西医结合卒中单元更能减少神经功能缺损,提高病人日常生活能力,急性期缺血性中风患者可从中西医结合卒中单元的医疗模式中更多获益。

Clinical Efficacy Observing of the Treatment in Stroke Unit of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine on Patients with Ischemic Stroke in Acute Stage

Objective:To observe ctinical therapetmc efficacy of the treatment in stroke Unit of integrated TCM and Western Medicine(stn)on patients with ischemic stroke in acute stage.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into SUI group(the treatmerlt group)and simple Western Medicine SU group(the control group).Patients in both groups received combination treatment in stroke unit,while patients in the SUI group received therapy of TCM in addition.Their clinical therapeutic effects were assessed bv nervous functional(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,nmss)and daily capacity assessment(Barfhel lndex,BI).Results:After treatment,the patient's netrrological function and activities of daily living than the control group patients improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with received treatment in the common stroke unit,the the treatment in strokc Unit of integrated TCM and Western Medicine(SUll can reduce the neurological deficit and improve the patients daily capacity.The acuteischemic stroke patients in stroke Unit of integrated TCM and Western Medicine(SUI)could achieve,more benifit in rehabilitation.
