| 摘 要： | 按中国药典1]2005版有关规定,通过测定试验菌回收率建立4种中成药的微生物限度检查方法。经试验发现4种药均有一定程度的抑菌作用,但可通过培养基稀释法消除抑菌作用。确定4种药的微生物限度检查法中细菌计数采用培养基稀释法进行检测,霉菌、酵母菌计数采用常规法即可。

| Abstract: | According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition \,To establish the method for counting bacteria and fungi in microbial limit for four Chinese traditional patent medicines by determining recovery rate of the tested bacteria and fungi.The medicines all have antimicrobial effect to a certain extent through the test result but the effect can be eliminated by culture medium dilution method.Culture medium dilution method can be used for counting bacteria and common method for counting fungi in microbial limit test for four Chinese traditional patent medicines. |
