中药化瘀止痛液肛点治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

目的:研究中药化瘀止痛液肛肠点滴治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:从50例子宫内膜异位症患者中随机选择30例作为中药肛肠点滴治疗组,20例作为米非司酮对照组,观察两组治疗结果及复发情况。结果:治疗组的治疗率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且复发率较对照组低(P<0.01),有显著性差异。说明中药肛肠点滴治疗组疗效明显优于米非司酮对照组,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论:中药化瘀止痛液肛肠点滴治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切,复发率低,无毒副作用,可以反复使用,费用低廉,病人易于接受,值得临床推广使用。

Observing the Curative Effect of Therapy of Liquid of Huayuzhitong(HYL) Anus Dropping on Endomdtriosis(EMS)

objective:Observing the curative effect of liquid of huayuzhitong anus dropping on endomdtriosis(EMS).Methods:Fifty patients with endomdtriosis were divided into the treatment group(TG) and the control group(CG) The 30 patients in TG treated with HYL,and the 20 patients in CG treated with mifepristone.The serum thyroid rersult and recrudesecence case were observed before and after treatment.Results:The treated group's therapy effdctive rate and total effective rate is higher than that of the contrast group evidencely(P < 0.05),and recrudescence rate in the treated group improve lower than those in the control group,especially of significant(P< 0.01),The treated group's therapy is better than that of the contrast group evidencely and recrudescence rate in the treated group improve lower than those in the control group.Conclusion : Liquid of huayuzhitong(HYL) anus dropping on endomdtriosis(EMS) have a defined therapy,a lower recrudescence rate,none of side-effect or toxicity,reduce duplicationly,a cheap expense,patients can be undertaked,medicine shows obvious advantages.
