| 摘 要： | 目的：选择提取三白草中总黄酮的最佳方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度外法测定总黄酮含量，并且利用正交实验法对影响三白草提取效果的因素进行了研究。结果：总黄酮最佳提取工艺为以药材粉碎过20目筛后，加20倍量70％乙醇回流4h提取2次，第1次加12倍量乙醇，提取2h，第2次加8倍量乙醇，提取2h。结论：该方法可用于三白草中总黄酮的提取。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize extracting parameters of total flavonoids from Saururus chinensis(Lour) Bail.Methods:The total favoniods was detenmined by UV spectrophotometry,and use the orthogonal design as guided by the conent of flavonoids in Saururus chinensis(Lour) Bail present in the extract.Results:The best condition of extraction was decided:reflux extractionwith the 20-fold 70% alcohol for 2 times,2 hours for each time,12-fold alcohol for the first time,and 8-fold alcohol for the second time.Conclusion:This method can be used for the extraction of the total flavonoid in Saururus chinensis(Lour) Bail. |
