| 摘 要： | 《黄帝内经》是最早提出亚健康理论的医学著作。其＂治未病＂的思想即是现代医学中的亚健康理论。文章全面系统的总结了《黄帝内经》中亚健康的内涵、原因、表现和防治。为后人研究亚健康理论奠定了坚实的理论基础。

| Abstract: | the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine is the earlist medical works in the world which puts forward the theory of sub-health.The idea of "treating before illness" in it embodies nowadays sub-health theory.This paper smmarizes comprehensively and systematically about the connotation,causes,appearances and prevention and cure which is the foundation for of fsprings' research on sub-health. |
