小柴胡汤对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型大鼠血清和海马组织中SOD活性MDA及心肌LPF含量影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨小柴胡汤抗衰老的机理。方法:采用小柴胡汤煎剂对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型大鼠灌胃,42天后处死取材,电镜观察海马组织病理切片,测量血清与海马组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛含量(MDA)及心肌脂褐素(LPF)含量。结果:小柴胡汤能明显提高血清与海马组织中SOD活性(P〈0.05)降低MDA和心肌LPF的含量(P〈0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤通过抗自由基氧化,减轻自由基损伤,具有一定的抗衰老作用,并为“气机衰老相关性学说”理论提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:To inquiry into the mechanism of Xiaochaihu decoction anti-aging.Methods:Adopt the decoction of Xiaochaihu to infuse the stomach of the mimetic aging big rats model induced by D-galactose.After 42 days,to observe the pathological section of hippocampus tissue under electron microscope and survey the SOD activity and the MDA contents in the blood serum and hippocampus tissue and LPF contents in the heart tissue of the rats.Results:Xiaochaihu decoction can raise obviously SOD activity but lower the MDA contents and the LPF contents(P<0.05).Conclusion: It shows that Xiaochaihu decoction could remove the free radicle and enchhance body's capability of the antioxidation.The anti-aging effect of the decoction offers the experiment base on "Correlation theory on QiJi and ageing."
