| 摘 要： | 糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,在络病理论指导下对糖尿病周围神经病变的病因病机进行探讨,认为DPN是糖尿病日久、久病入络所致,肝肾阴虚、络气虚滞、脉络瘀阻、经脉失养为其主要病机,络虚与络瘀并存是本病的特征,治疗当以通补为宜,治法以益气养阴、滋补肝肾、化瘀通络为主。

| Abstract: | Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common complications of diabetes.Based on researches on the pathogenesis and treatment of DPN from collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper argued that this disease is due to collateral disorder caused by persistent diabetes and its main pathogenesis includes liver and kidney Yin deficiency,stagnation of collateral-Qi in a deficiency condition,collateral stasis and collateral dystrophy;and then designed the treatment of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,nourishing liver and kidney,eliminating blood stasis and dredging collaterals.In general,collateral deficiency and collateral stasis are the characteristics of DPN.The therapeutic principles are dredging and nourishing. |
