| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清燥汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将88例确诊为2型糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予清燥汤联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺,8周后对比疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率90.91%,对照组患者治疗总有效率72.73%,两者比较,有显著性差异,P0.05。结论:清燥汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe Qingzao Decoction combined with methylcobalamin treating type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:88 cases diagnosed DPN were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Qingzao Decoction combined with methylcobalamin,and the control group given Methylcobalamin.The effect was compared after 8 weeks.Results:The total effect rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the control group was 72.73%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qingzao Decoction combined with methylcobalamin treating type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significant and worthy of promotion. |
