生地炭、熟地炭炮制历史沿革及现代研究进展

地黄为河南著名的"四大怀药"之一,目前中医临床上地黄较为常用的炮制品有鲜地黄、干地黄、熟地黄、生地黄炭、熟地黄炭,其中生地炭和熟地炭用于止血。本文通过查阅汉代至清代中医药学本草文献及其它相关现代文献,进行系统地归纳整理,弄清生地炭、熟地炭的历代炮制演变情况及炮制前后对化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的影响。为揭示中药炒炭炮制的科学内涵、扩大地黄炮制品在中医临床的应用范围,并为临床上合理有效利用生地炭和熟地炭提供一定的理论依据。

Changes in History and Modern Research of Radix Rehmanniae Charcoal and Radix Rehmanniae PraeparataCharcoal Processing

Radix Rehmanniae is one of the four famous herds produced in Henan.At present,the more commonly used Rehamnnia in clinic are Rehamnnia root,drying Rehamnnia root,Radix Rehamnnia Preparada,Radix Rehmanniae charcoal,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata charcoal.Among them,Radix Rehmanniae charcoal and Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata charcoal are mainly used for hemostasis.By looking up the books of traditional Chinese medicine from Han to Qing dynasty and its related modern references,the thesis concludes and collects systematically in order to figure out the preparation of Radix Rehmanniae charcoal as well as Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata charcoal across the ages and the respective effects to chemical constitution,pharmacological use,the influence of clinical application before and after the preparation.The thesis also uncloses the scientific connotation of the preparation of Chinese fried carbon,widening the scope of Rehmannia prepration in Chinese clinical medicine,as well as provides some theoretical proof for using Radix Rehmanniae charcoal,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata charcoal reasonably and effectively in clinic.
