摘    要:目的:采用佐剂关节炎(AA)大鼠模型,探讨益气补肾活血方治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制。方法:以雷公藤多苷作对照,通过对大鼠的体重和关节肿胀指数进行观察及检测益气补肾活血方对骨保护素(OPG)和核因子кB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)水平的影响。结果:益气补肾活血方能显著减轻大鼠关节肿胀指数,能明显提高AA大鼠细胞因子OPG的水平,同时抑制RANKL的水平。结论:提示益气补肾活血方可通过抑制与骨破坏密切相关的细胞因子RANKL的水平,提高OPG的水平,具有双向免疫调节作用,具有明显的骨保护作用,可能是该方治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:To adopt adjuvant arthritis rat model,conferring the action mechanism of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue(YQBSHX)Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:With tripterygium glycosides as control,to observe the rat body weight and articular swelling index and test the effect of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue(YQBSHX)Decoction on OPG and RANKL.Results:Yiqi Bushen Huoxue(YQBSHX)Decoction can reduce the rat articular swelling index significantly,improve AA rat cytokine OPG level significantly and inhibit RANKL level.Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen Huoxue(YQBSHX)Decoction can inhibit cytokine RANKL level related to bone destruction closely,and raise OPG level,possessing bidirectional immunological regulation effects on bone obviously.Maybe this is one of mechanisms of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue(YQBSHX)Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis.
