中西医结合卒中单元管理模式治疗脑梗死疗效评价

目的:探讨中西医结合卒中单元管理模式治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将100例脑梗死患者随机分为中西医结合卒中单元治疗组与卒中单元治疗对照组各50例。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上介入中药、针灸、推拿、康复等中西医结合综合治疗方案,疗程均为4周以上。结果:两组中风病病类诊断标准评分、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)治疗后均有所改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。结论:中西医结合卒中单元治疗脑梗死可明显改善患者神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活活动能力。

Efficacy Evaluation of Management Pattern of Stroke Unit with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of management pattern of stroke unit with both traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:One hundred cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups with fifty patients in each group,one as treatment group upon which the stroke unit was of integrated therapy of TCM and WM,the other one as control group.In addition to the therapy of control group,the treatment group was intervened with integrated therapeutic schedule of TCM and WM such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and rehabilitation and each treatment course was over four weeks.Results:More obvious improvement,according to the grade in diagnosis standard of apoplexy as well as to activities of daily life abilities(Barthel index),was seen in the treatment group compared to that in the control group.Conclusions:Applying the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine stroke unit to the treatment of cerebral infarction makes it available to conspicuously improve neurologic impairment degree and enhance activities of daily life abilities in patients.
