肺癌基因治疗的方法

肺癌为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率与死亡率都比较高,且对放化疗容易产生耐药,目前仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。肺癌的发生、发展是一个多基因参与的过程,与原癌基因的活化、抑癌基因的失活等密切相关。随着分子生物学的不断发展,作为目前医学界比较关注的热点之一,应用基因疗法对肺癌进行治疗显现出了良好的前景。基因治疗有多种方法,单独使用各有利弊,几种方法联合治疗的效果往往优于单一疗法。综述了肺癌基因治疗的几种方法,以便于更好地指导科学研究与临床应用。

Gene Therapy for Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,with high morbidity and mortality,which is easy to produce the resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.We still lack of effective therapies at present.With the development of Molecular Biology,gene therapy might be a promising therapeutic target for lung cancer,which has attracted more and more attention in medical field.The occurrence and development of lung cancer is a complex process,related to multiple genes,including the activation of proto-oncogenes and inactivation of anti-oncogenes.There are many methods of gene therapy,each of them has merits and defects.Combined treatment had a good effect.This review summarized several methods of gene therapy,in order to provide convenience to scholars in science research and clinical therapy.
