| 摘 要： | 目的:研究分析不同产地甘松挥发油的成分,为不同产地甘松的鉴别及开发利用提供实验依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取甘松挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析、鉴定其化学成分。结果:共鉴定出52个化学成分,其中共有成分6个,分别是:1,1,3a,7-四甲基-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-八氢甘菊环烃;马兜铃烯;1,1,7,7a-四甲基-1a,2,3,5,6,7,7a,7b-八氢甘菊环烃;β-紫罗酮;α-古芸烯;喇叭茶醇。共有成分占总挥发油含量的23.18%-45.98%。结论:9个不同产地甘松挥发油中含量较大的化学成分基本相同,其余化学成分在含量和种类上有较大差别。

| Abstract: | Objective:Study the essential oil of Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas to provide the foundation for its utilization.Method:Use steam distillation to extract the essential oil,then use GC-MS to analyze the chemical compounds.Result:52 compounds were totally identified,in which 6 compounds commonly exist in all the essential oils,the contents of them make 24.86%~43.75% of the essential oils.Conclusion:The mainly compounds of the essential oils are similar,but there are great differences in the other compounds. |
