桑枝提取物对MCAO大鼠脑梗死保护作用的研究

目的:讨论单独使用桑枝提取物对大鼠脑梗死的保护作用。方法:32只大鼠随机均分为4组,分别为假手术组、模型组、桑枝提取物组,阳性药物尼莫地平对照组。采用大脑中动脉线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型,连续两周灌胃给予桑枝提取物8g生药/kg,观察桑枝提取物脑梗死面积、行为学指标、血清SOD及MDA含量等指标变化的影响。结果:与模型对照组相比,桑枝提取物组大鼠的梗死面积及行为学指标没有明显的改变,血清SOD活性明显升高,MDA水平无明显变化。结论:本次实验中桑枝提取物对线栓法造成的大鼠脑缺血所引起的缺血再灌注损伤的改善作用不具有统计学意义,但SOD指标表现出一定的保护作用趋势,其抗脑缺血损伤的作用有待进一步确认。

Study on Protective Effect of Ramulus Mori Extraction on Cerebral Infarction of MCAO Rats

Objective:To discuss the protective effect of Ramulus Mori extraction on the rats with cerebral infraction.Methods:24 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham-operation group,model group,Ramulus Mori extraction group,nimodipine control group.MCAO model was induced by a middle cerebral artery occlusion,8g/kg Ramulus Mori extraction was given orally,and infract area,ethological index,SOD and MDA in serum were observed.Results:Compared with the model group,SOD in serum increased remarkably in the Ramulus Mori extraction group,whereas there were no remarkable changes of other indexes.Conclusion:8g/kg of Ramulus Mori orally administration has no remarkable protective effect on MCAO rats.
