五叶草莓不同提取物抗S180瘤株有效部位的筛选

目的:通过药效试验筛选五叶草莓抗肿瘤的有效部位,为进一步开发五叶草莓奠定基础;方法:建立S180荷瘤小鼠腋下移植瘤模型,将实验分成8组:对照组、CTX组、五叶草莓95%乙醇提取高、低剂量组,五叶草莓65%乙醇提取高、低剂量组,水提高、低剂量组,观察肿瘤生长情况及荷瘤小鼠免疫器官指数测定初步筛选五叶草莓抗肿瘤的有效部位;结果:65%乙醇提取部位具有明显的抑瘤作用,高、低剂量组抑瘤率分别为52.6%和41.0%(P0.01);与对照组比较,五叶草莓65%乙醇提取部位各剂量组脾脏指数及胸腺指数均有所增高,但无显著性差异;结论:五叶草莓65%乙醇提取部位抑瘤作用明显,提示五叶草莓65%乙醇提取部位是其抗肿瘤有效部位。

creening Effective Fraction of Fragaria pentaphyllaDifferent Extracts for Anti-S180

Objective:To screen the effective antineoplastic fraction of Fragaria pentaphylla through an pharmacodynamic test,providing foundation for developing Fragaria pentaphylla.Method:Transplanted S180 in mice was used as a mode.180s rats were randomly divided into 8 groups:control group,CTX group,95% ethanol extract of Fragaria pentaphylla high-dose group,low-doses group;65% ethanol extract of Fragaria pentaphylla high-dose group,low-doses group;water-extract high-dose and low-dose groups to investigate the growth of tumor and the immune organ index of mice with S180 tumor in order to experiment the effective fraction of Fragaria pentaphylla.Results:65% ethanol extracts had significant inhibitory effect,in high and low dose groups,inhibition rates were 52.6% and 41.0%(P<0.01);in the control group,65% ethanol extract of Fragaria pentaphylla various doses of spleen extracts index and thymus index were both increased,but not significantly different.Conclusion:65% ethanol extract of Fragaria pentaphylla could effectively inhibite the growth of S180 tumor,this suggests that 65% ethanol extract of Fragaria pentaphylla is the antineoplastic effective fraction.
