| 摘 要： | 对于慢性难治病的辨证论治,中医多采用虚实标本辨治的临床思维,辨析其虚实结构证候特征。以具有正邪相兼、虚实关联证候特征的胃黏膜异型增生(Dys)为范例,用数据库方法构建起Dys虚实关联证候结构辨识系统,探讨本病虚实关联证候结构的多态性特征及证候演变的动态性规律,从而从证候的虚实关联结构层次阐释辨证论治的机理。 |

| Abstract: | For dialectical treatment of the chronic and intractable disease,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) most utilizes the clinical thought of Xu-Shi and Biao-Ben dialectical treatment,and then differentiates the TCM syndromecharacteristics of Xu-Shi structure.Taken the gastric dysplasia characterized with the Zheng-Xie combination and the Xu-Shi correlation syndrome as example,construct the differentiation system of the dysplasia Xu-Shi correlation structure using database method,investigate the polymorphism of the dysplasia Xu-Shi correlation structure and study on the dynamical involving law of the TCM syndrome.The mechanismof the dialectical treatment is explained from the Xu-Shi correlation structure of the TCM syndrome. |
