| 摘 要： | 目的：研究灰树花多糖在免疫方面的药理作用。方法：小鼠50只，分为空白对照组。阳性对照组和灰树花高、中、低3个剂量组，各组动物给药后，观察其对小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、对鸡红细胞致敏小鼠血清溶血素水平的影响，以及对小鼠免疫器官重量的影响。结果：灰树花多糖在180mg／kg和120mg／kg剂量下，可明显增强小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能，增强小鼠的体波免疫能力，并能提高小鼠免疫器官的重量。结论：灰树花多糖具有提高机体免疫力作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of polysaccharide of grifola frondosa on immune function Methods:The 50 mice were divided into five groups.After mice were fed with polysaccharide of grifola frondosa,the phagocytes function,the serum hemolysin concent and the spleen index,chest gland index were detected.Results:polysaccharide of grifola frondosa (180 and 120mg/kg)can promote phagocytic function of phagocytes of mice,promote the immunological function,increase the index of spleen and chest gland Conclusion:polysaccharide of grifola frondosa can increase immune-functions of mice. |
