| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合疗法（中药汤剂内服，中药保留灌肠，配合周林频谱局部照射治疗，佐以心理疗法）治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热型的临床疗效。方法：60例病人随机分成治疗组30例采用综合疗法；对照组30例使用氧氟沙星联合替硝唑静滴，于经期进行，7天为1疗程。治疗组于月经干净后予中药汤剂内服，中药保留灌肠，配合周林频谱下腹部照射治疗，佐以心理疗法。均给予3个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为86．66％，明显高于对照组的53，33％（P〈0.05）。结论：综合疗法治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎疗效较佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of the comprehensive therapies(taking traditional Chinese drug decoctions.enemataing Chinese drugs combined with irradiation of Zhoulin Frequency Spectrograph at lower abdomen and accompanying with psychotherapy)on chronic pelvic inflammation of the type of damp-heat binder with blood-stasis.Methods:60 patients are half divided into treatment group(that were treated with the comprehensive therapies after menstrual period)and control group(that were treated with Ofloxacin and Tinidazole by intravenous on menstrual period).The treatment course is 7 days.The two groups are given 3 treatment courses.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is 86.66%.The total effective rate of the control team is 53.33%.The total effective rate of treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapies have better therapeutic effect. |
