中药穴位贴敷治疗儿童哮喘的临床及免疫机制研究

目的：研究中药穴位贴敷治疗儿童哮喘患者的临床疗效及其免疫学机制。方法：非急性发作期哮喘患儿1124例。取双侧定喘、肺俞、膏肓及膻中穴，进行中药贴敷，于每年三伏、三九天使用，伏九天各3次，每次贴0．5-2h，连续贴3年为1个疗程。结果：采用中药穴位贴敷治疗后的哮喘患儿其发作次数减少。FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF均升高；免疫球蛋白IgE降低，IgA、IgG升高；细胞因子IL-4降低，细胞因子IFN-γ升高。结论：中药穴位贴敷能调节机体免疫力，纠正TH1／TH2的比例失衡，从而达到治疗哮喘的作用。

Investigate the Clinical Curative Effect and the Immunologic Mechanism of the Acupoint Application of Chinese Herb in Treating the Child Asthma Patient's

Objective:The study is to investigate the clinical curative effect and the immunologic mechanism of the acupoint application of chinese herb in treating the child asthma patient's.Methods:Choose non-acute attack asthma patients 1,124 examples.Take the double side acupoints respectively including Feishu,Dingchuan,Gaohuang and Danzhong and stick the Chinese herb on them three times in the three ten-day periods of the hot season and the three nine-day periods of the cold season respectively every year.Each time lasted 0.5~2h,continuous application for 3 years was a treatment course.Results:After treating the asthma children by using the acupoint application of chinese herb,the number of attack times reduced.FVC,FEV1,PEF,FEF elevated;Immunoglobulin IgE decreased,IgA,IgG increased;Cell factor IL-4 reduced,cell factor IFN-gamma rise.Conclusion:The acupoint application of chinese herb can adjust the organism immunity,correct the TH1/TH2 proportional unbalance to achieve the function of treating the asthma.
