川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的：观察川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法：2003年6月-2006年6月期间糖尿病并发周围神经病变病人126例,在相同的糖尿病治疗的基础上,随机分为对照组63例,给予甲钴胺注射液治疗;治疗组63例,使用川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液;疗程均为2周,观察两组治疗前后的变化。结果：川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗DPN疗效明显优于甲钴胺组（P〈0.01）。结论：川芎嗪联合甲钴胺能够更有效减轻DPN患者的临床症状。

The Clinical Observe of Ligustrazine Combining Mecobalamine Injection to Treat Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ligustrazine combining mecobalamine injection to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods: This study was carried out on 126 patients with DPN during Jun. 2003 to Jun. 2006. On the base of the same treatment for diabetic mellitus,the patients were randomly divided into two groups which included the control group and the experimental group. The control group had 63 patients who were treated with mecobalamine injection while the experimental group which had 63 patients was treated with ligustrazine combinding mecobalamine injection. We observed the changes before and after the treatment in the two groups during the treatment period of two weeks.Results: The effects of ligustrazine combining mecobalamine injection was significantly better than mecobalamine injection (P<0.01).Conclusion: Ligustrazine combinding mecobalamine injection can relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients with DPN more effectively.
