芹菜素对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:芹菜素(Apigenin,AP)对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)模型大鼠保护作用的初步探讨。方法:采用高脂饲料复制大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)模型,100只雄性sD大鼠分为6组:正常组、模型组、易善复组、芹菜素高、中、低剂量组,10周后处死所有动物,检测各组大鼠血清ALT、AST、TG、TC、TNF-α以及肝组织SOD、MDA等指标水平。结果:与模型组相比,芹菜素高、中、低剂量组和易善复组能明显降低升高的ALT、AST、TG、TC、TNF—α水平和肝组织的MDA指标水平,而使肝组织SOD活性增强,差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:芹菜素对高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)模型大鼠具有一定的保护作用,其作用机理可能与抗脂质过氧化反应、清除体内自由基,减轻炎症介质等水平有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the Apigenin on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats. Method:A model of the NAFLD was constructed by feeding rats with high fat diet for 10 weeks. 100 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:the normal group, the model group, the Essentinale group, the high, middle and low dose of the Apigenin groups. All the rats were pm to death after 10 weeks. Plasma samples were collected for the contents detection of serum ALT, AST, TG, TC, TNF -α and MAD, SOD in hepatic tissue. Results : Compared to the model group, the contents of ALT, AST, TG, TC and TNF -α in plasma and MDA in hepatic tissue were significantly reduced,while the activity of SOD in hepatic tissue was increased,and the differences had remarkable significance( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion : The Apigenin has a better protetive effect on NAFLD induced by high fat diet. The mechanisms of the Apige- nin may be related to inhibiting lipid peroxide, cleaning free radical and reducing the level of inflammatory mediator in the liver.
