天然冰片与合成冰片对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠时间的影响

摘    要:目的:观察天然冰片与合成冰片对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠间的影响。方法:选择ICR小鼠,随机分为空白组、溶剂对照组、天然冰片组、合成冰片组4组。天然冰片组与合成冰片组两组为实验动物组,经灌胃途径给药,分别按0.4g/k剂量给予天然冰片与合成冰片,连续灌胃给药7d,空白组实验动物给予相同体积的蒸馏水,溶剂对照组给予等体积的3%的吐温-80。4组实验动物于末次给药30min后,经腹腔注射给予50mg/kg的戊巴比妥纳,以翻正反射为观察指标,分别记录其睡眠潜伏时间、睡眠持续时间。结果:空白组、溶剂对照组、天然冰片组和合成冰片组小鼠的睡眠潜伏期分别(5.47±2.47)min、(5.17±2.22)min、(7.14±1.45)min、(7.37±2.34)min。睡眠时间分别为(38.25±14.59)min、(37.02±7.38)min、(18.05±7.64)min、(27.86±16.60)min。与空白组相比溶剂对照组的睡眠潜伏期没有显著性差异,天然冰片组与合成冰片组睡眠潜伏期延长P〈0.05有显著性差异。与空白组相比溶剂对照组的睡眠时间没有显著性差异,天然冰片组睡眠时间缩短P〈0.001有极显著性差异,合成冰片组睡眠时间虽然呈现缩短的趋势,但是没有显著性差异。结论:天然冰片与合成冰片都能延长对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠的睡眠潜伏期;天然冰片与合成冰片都能缩短对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠的睡眠时间,与空白对照组相比合成冰片组睡眠时间成缩短的趋势.但没有显著性差异。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the effect of nature borneol and synthetic borneol on sleep time of pentobarbital sodi- um induced mice. Method: ICR mice were selected and randomly divided into blank group, solvent control group, natural borneol group, synthetic borneol group. The natural borneol group and synthetic borneol group were as the experimental animal groups. By garage administration, the experiment groups were respectively given 0.4 g/kg natural borneol and syn- thetic borneolfor 7 days. The blank group was given the same volume of distilled water. The solvent control group was giv- en the volume of 3% Tween - 80. The four groups were given sodium pentobartital 50 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection 30 rain after the last administration. The righting reflex was as the observed index, then we respectively recorded their sleep latency and sleep duration. Result : The sleep latencies of the control group, solvent control group, natural borneol group and synthetic borneol group were respectively ( 5.47 ± 2.47 ) min, ( 5.17 ± 2.22 ) min, (7.14± 1.45 ) min, ( 7.37±2.34) min. Sleep durations were respectively ( 38.25 ± 14.59 )min, ( 37.02 ± 7.38 ) min, ( 18.05 ± 7.64 ) min, (27.86± 16.60)min. The sleep latency in solvent control group had no significant difference compared with that in the control group, and the sleep latencies of the natural borneol group and the synthetic borneol group were extended P 〈 0. 05 ,which showed significant difference. Solvent control group showed no significant difference compared with blank group. The sleep time of the nature borneol group was shortened ,P 〈 0. 001, which showed significant difference, and the sleep time of the synthetic borneol showed the trend of shortening, they showed no significant difference. Conclusion : Na- ture borneol and synthetic borneol both can extend the sleep latency period, and nature borneol can shorten sleep time forpentobarbital sodium induced mice. The sleep time in synthetic borneol group had the trend of shortening, but it showed no significant difference.
