| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠胃康提取物对急性胃肠炎的作用。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀、扭体反应以及在体小肠推进实验方法来观测肠胃康颗粒两个部位的抗炎、镇痛和解痉作用,同时对两个部位进行药效对比。结果:与对照组相比,醇洗部位具有减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀和抑制小肠推进作用(P<0.05),水洗部位对耳廓肿胀和小肠推进无影响(P>0.05),两个部位均无镇痛作用。结论:醇洗部位具有很好的抗炎、解痉作用,对急性胃肠炎有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of on acute gastroenteritis.Methods:The effect of two parts of ChangWei Kang on anti-inflammatory,analgesic action and spasmolytic effect in vivo were observed by ear tumefaction model,acetic acid twisting model and small intestine propulsion model.Effect of two parts extract were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,part of extract from ethanol could mitigated ear tumefaction action and restrain small intestine propulsion(P<0.05) and the part of extract from water was not(P>0.05).Furthermore,both of two parts have not effect on analgesic action(P>0.05).Conclusion:Part of Exact from ethanol has good effect on anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effect in vivo.It is good curative effect to cure acute gastroenteritis. |
