茵栀黄颗粒对新生儿病理性黄疸应用效果回顾性分析

目的:回顾性查阅病例资料,探讨茵栀黄颗粒对新生儿人病理性黄疸应用效果。方法:对医院2011年1月—2012年12月收治的足月分娩新生儿进行病例资料分析,根据其采取措施分为观察组(茵栀黄颗粒)和对照组(退黄合剂),比较两组患儿第一次排胎便时间及量,退黄天数等,经皮胆红素水平并判断疗效。结果:观察组有效率88.46%,对照组有效率64.00%,两组有效率比较差异有统计意义(Ridit=10.251,P=0.000);观察组首次排便时间、退黄天数缩短,每日排黄变次数增加,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组胆红素下降程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄颗粒退黄快,对新生儿病理性黄疸疗效确切。

Retrospective Analysis on Effect of Yinzhihuang Granules for Pathological Jaundice of Newborns

Objective：By retrospectively reviewing the clinical data, this paper discussed the main effect of Yinzhi- huang Granules for pathological jaundice of the newborns. Methods：The clinical data of newborns from January 2011 to December 2012 was analyzed and divided into observation group （Yinzhihuang Granules） and control group （Tuihuang Heji）. The amount and time for the first defecation, jaundice fade time, transcutaneous bilirnbin level and so on of two groups were compared i and the curative effect was evaluated. Results ： Observation group＇ s effective rate was 88.46%, and the control group＇ s was 64.00%. There was statistical significance （ Ridit = 10.251 ,P = 0.000）. The first defeca- tion time and jaundice fade time of observation group were decreased and daily yellowing times were increased. Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. The degree in reducing bilirubin of observa- tion group was higher than that of the control group （ after treatment P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yinzhihuang Granules can relieve jaundice quickly and has great effect on pathological jaundice of the newborns.
