摘    要:对黄酮类化合物的药用价值、提取工艺、分离方法等方面进行综述。在药用价值方面,讨论了其抗抑郁作用、抗氧化与自由基消除活性作用、对化学性肝损伤的保护作用、抗肿瘤作用、抗骨质疏松作用、抗心肌缺血作用;在提取工艺方面,讨论了溶剂提取法、超声提取法、酶法、微波法、大孔树脂法和超临界流体萃取;在分离方法方面,讨论了硅胶柱层析、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法、薄层色谱法。为今后黄酮类化合物的深入研究提供理论基础。

Abstract:This paper summarizes research adcance of flavonoids in medical value and methods of exaction and separation from different kinds of plants. Discuss medical value of flavonoids from six aspects: anti-depression effect, anti-oxydation effect, eliminate activity effect of free radica, protection for chemical Injury of liver, anti-tumor effect, anti-osteoporosis effect, anti-myocardial-ischemia effect. Discuss methods of exaction of flavonoids from six aspect: solvent extraction method,, supersound extraction method, enzymic method, microray method, macroporous resin method, supercritical fluid extraction method. Discuss separation from different kinds of plants from three aspects: gel silica column chromatography, HPLC, plate chromatography method. It is theory base for deeply study and research to flavonoids.
