| 摘 要： | 针刀疗法是中西医结合的独创学科，针刀在骨性关节炎的治疗上具有显著的优势。然而，由于针刀疗法的理论依据“动态平衡”理论缺少实验数据的支持，因而难以得到大家的认同，影响了针刀疗法的推广。通过分析比较，提出了利用步态分析来验证针刀理论的新构想，是一种全新的思路。

| Abstract: | Needle-knife therapeutics is one of original subject, which has remarkable predominance in the therapy of osteoarthritis. However,it has not been widely accepted, for homeostasis, the base of the theory of needle-knife therapeutics,is of absence supporting of experiment data. Throngh analysis and comparing,this paper brings forward a new assume,which use gait analysis to validate needle-knife theory. It is a new idea. |
