解语丹加减联合醒脑开窍针对脑梗死恢复期肢体运动功能影响临床研究

目的观察使用解语丹联合醒脑开窍针对脑梗死恢复期患者偏瘫肢体运动功能影响研究。方法将选取的68位脑梗死且伴有肢体运动功能障碍的患者随机分为A组(常规针刺组)、B组(解语丹联合醒脑开窍针组)各34例,分别于治疗前、后评价两组患者的日常生活,使用Barthel(BI)评分、Fugl-Meyer量表评分来对运动功能进行评分及神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分差异,在接受治疗之后,对受试患者进行随访调查。结果①在经过上述治疗后,两组患者的日常生活功能与运动功能得大提高,且神经损伤功能得以缓解。(P<0.05);②经过治疗,随访B组患者后发现,B组患者的指标比之A组患者均有所改善(P<0.05);差异具有统计学意义。结论对于脑梗死恢复期且伴有肢体运动功能障碍的患者,使用解语丹加减联合醒脑开窍针有明显的效果,在临床上值得推广,缓解患者的疾患。

Clinical Study of Jieyu Dan Combined with "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" Acupuncture on Limb Motor Function in Convalescent Stage of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Dan combined with "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" acupuncture of limb motor function in convalescent stage of cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-eight patients with convalescent cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group A(34 cases)with routine acupuncture and group B(34 cases)with Jieyu Dan combined with "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" acupuncture. The differences of Barthel(BI), Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA) and neuroogical deficit(NIHSS)scores were evaluated before and after treatment. The difference of the above indexes between the two groups was followed up for 3 months after treatment.Results ①After systematic treatment, the BI and FMA scores of the two groups were improved and the NIHSS scores were decreased and group B was significantly better than group A(P<0.05). ②After 3 months follow-up, the changes of BI score,FMA score and NIHSS score in group B were still better than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Dan combined with "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" acupuncture can effectively improve the motor function of hemiplegic limbs in patients with cerebral infarction convalescence and promote the cure of patients, and which is worth to promote widely.
