肾衰3号颗粒剂治疗肾性贫血疗效观察

目的：探讨肾衰3号颗粒剂对肾性贫血的治疗效果。方法：将88例肾性贫血病人随机分为治疗组（A组）58例，和对照组（B）组30例。B组口服福乃得，A组服用肾衰3号颗粒剂，疗程为2个月。观察治疗前后血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（HCT）、血小板（PLT）、血浆白蛋白（ALB）、甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）以及静息状态下收缩压（SBP）舒张压（DBP）的变化。结果：A组总有效率显著优于B组（P〈0．05）；同时能减少Scr、BUN，与B组比较（P〈0．05）差异显著；提高Hb，ALB、HDL、PLT、HCT与B组比较（P〈0．05）；降低TG、TC、LDL，与B组比较（P〈0．05），同时对SBP、DBP无明显影响。结论：肾衰3号颗粒剂治疗肾性贫血，又能保护肾功能，延缓肾衰恶化。

Effect of the Renal Failure Ⅲ Pellet (RFⅢ) Cure the Renal Anemia 58 Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the the renal anemia patients.Methods: The 88 patients with ARF randomly devided into two groupe,the curative groupe(A groupe)58 patients,,and the control groupe(B groupe)30 patients.The A groupe patients treatment by oral administration the Renal Failure III pellet(RFIII),the B groupe patients treatment by oral administration Funaide,the total course of treatment was two months.Observe the level of creatinine(Scr) and uren(BUN) and the level of hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT)and thrombocyture(PLT),plasma albumin(ALB),triglyceride(TC),cholester(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL) and systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP) at the rest position.Results:The total effective rate of A groupe compared with B groupe,the difference is significance.(P<0.05);at the same time the level of Scr and BUNof A groupe is low compared with B groupe,the difference is significance.(P<0.05);the level of Hb,HCT,PLT,ALB,HDL of A groupe is high compared with B groupe,the difference is significance.(P<0.05);the level of LDL,TC,TG,is low compared with B groupe,the difference is significance.(P<0.05);at the same time,there was not effection of SBP and DBP.Conclusion:The Renal Failure III pellet(RFIII),can effect of the the renal anemia and protect renal function slow down exacerbation of the renal failure.
