以宿痰伏肺立论治疗支气管哮喘缓解期临床探讨

目的:以宿痰伏肺理论为依据论述缓解期支气管哮喘患者临床治疗效果观察与可行性。方法:将200例支气管哮喘缓解期患者分为两组,金龙固本合剂口服治疗组和对照组各100例。临床治疗2个月后随访2年,观察患者疗效和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞绝对计数(EOS)、血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgE、T细胞亚群及肺功能的变化。结果:治疗前后的自身对照,治疗组每年的哮喘复发次数较治疗前明显减少,患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数明显降低,T淋巴细胞亚群CD8明显增加,CD4/CD8细胞比值降低,肺功能明显改善,(P<0.05)。结论:采用以宿痰伏肺为理论依据研制的金龙固本合剂治疗缓解期支气管哮喘患者临床治疗效果明显。免疫功能紊乱是引起支气管哮喘反复发作的重要因素,采用固本化痰法运用中医药调节免疫功能,为哮喘缓解期的中医药治疗提供理论依据。
