| 养阴清热凉血止血法治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察养阴清热、凉血止血法治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效。方法:36例ITP患者口服中药2个月,观察疗效及血小板数。结果:显效10例,良效16例,进步4例,无效6例,总有效率83.3%,治疗后血小板数显著升高。结论:养阴清热、凉血止血法对慢性ITP患者疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effects of the therapy of nourishing yin,clearing away heat and cooling blood to stop bleeding in treatment of refractory Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura.Methods:36 patients take decoction for 2 month,then effects wore observed and blood platelet were counted.Results:The total effective rate of the therapy group was 83.3%.Conclusion:It get a good effect by the therapy of nourishing yin,clearing away heat and cooling blood to stop bleeding in treatment of refractory Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura. |
