| 摘 要： | 目的:通过研究四磨汤对慢性应激小鼠血清神经降压素(NT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,进一步探讨四磨汤治疗功能性胃肠病的作用机制。方法:采用饥饱失常、明暗颠倒以及束缚夹尾等多种方法造模,随机给予蒸馏水、吗丁啉、四磨汤治疗;用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中NT、CGRP的含量变化。结果:模型组小鼠血清中NT、CGRP含量均高于正常组(P<0.01);四磨汤组血清NT、CGRP的水平降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四磨汤能使血中异常改变的NT、CGRP恢复正常,表明四磨汤治疗功能性胃肠病可能是通过调节脑肠肽的水平变化而实现的。
