| 摘 要： | 目的:对比观察麻醉下正骨推拿术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。分别予以麻醉下正骨推拿术与麻醉下常规推拿治疗。观察治疗前后两组疼痛强度简易描述量表(VRS),直腿抬高试验(SLRT)与腰椎功能评定表。结果:治疗后与治疗前相比,两组VRS、SLRT及腰椎功能均有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组SLRT积分明显小于对照组(P<0.05),腰椎功能评定分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉下正骨推拿术与常规推拿术均能明显改善腰椎间盘突出症的症状;麻醉下正骨推拿术能更好的改善腰椎功能,值得临床上推广。
