| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区高血压病初诊患者中医证型、症状分布情况。方法:采用临床问卷调查方法,研究200例社区高血压病初诊患者一般情况及中医证型、症状情况,初步探讨社区高血压病初诊患者中医证型、症状分布规律。结果:社区原发性高血压初诊患者主要表现为眩晕、头痛、乏力、失眠、头胀、急躁易怒、耳鸣、心悸、胸闷等。中医证型频次及构成比中,肝火亢盛、阴虚阳亢型比例最高,其次为痰湿壅盛型,阴阳两虚及其他型等比例较少。结论:社区高血压病初诊患者症状以眩晕、头痛为主,中医证型分布符合高血压病中医发病规律。为研究高血压患者中医证型、症状分布规律及社区中西医结合防治提供了一定的参考依据。
