| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抗凋亡蛋白Survivin在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生性子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌中的表达。探讨Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的作用及其作为判断预后因子的可行性。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测20例正常子宫内膜、20例不典型增生性子宫内膜、33例子宫内膜腺癌及2例子宫内膜乳头状浆液性癌(UPSC)中Survivin蛋白的表达,并结合临床病理特点进行分析。结果:Survivin蛋白在不典型增生的子宫内膜、子宫内膜腺癌及UPSC阳性表达率很高,分别为70.0%、87.5%及100%,三者差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但均高于在正常子宫内膜中的表达率10.0%(P<0.05),在子宫内膜癌中,Survivin的表达与手术-病理分期和组织学分级密切相关(P<0.05),但与肌层浸润无明显关系。结论:Survivin可能通过抑制凋亡和促进增殖两方面的作用参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展,其过度表达提示预后不良,可能成为子宫内膜癌的预后判断因子。
