乐胃饮对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清氧自由基及胃黏膜组织形态的影响

目的:观察乐胃饮对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清SOD和MDA含量及胃黏膜组织形态的影响。方法:60只Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、维酶素组、乐胃饮低、中、高剂量组,除正常对照组外,其余大鼠用2%水杨酸钠灌胃、自由饮用MNNG溶液结合饥饱失常等综合因素诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。造模后各组予以灌胃治疗4周。结果:与模型对照组比较,乐胃饮中、高剂量组的SOD含量显著升高(P0.01,P0.05),乐胃饮中、高剂量组和维酶素组MDA含量显著降低(P0.01)。形态学结果显示乐胃饮具有改善胃黏膜形态的功能。结论:乐胃饮可提高大鼠血清SOD活性,减少血清MDA含量,能有效清除氧自由基,具有良好的抗氧化作用;对慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理形态改变也有较好的改善作用。

Effect of Leweiyin on the Serum Oxygen Free Radical and Gastric Mucosal Morphology in Rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:To observe the effect of Leweiyin on the serum SOD,MDA and gastric mucosal morphology in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model group,Weimeisu group,Leweiyin with low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose group.Except the normal control group,the rest five groups of chronic atrophic gastritis model were induced by administering intragastrically with 2% sodium salicylate,a free drink with MNNG solution and a combination of other factors such as irregular diet.Afterwards,corresponding medication was administered to each group for 4 weeks.Results:Compared to the model group,SOD levels in the medium-dose and high-dose Leweiyin groups significantly higher(P<0.01,P<0.05) while the contents of MDA in the medium-dose and high-dose Leweiyin groups and Weimeisu group were significantly lower(P<0.01).And Leweiyin can improve the gastric mucosa morphology.Conclusion:Leweiyin could increase the activity of serum SOD reduce serum MDA.It could remove oxygen free radicals and had a good function of anti-oxidation.It also had a better effect on the pathological changes of gastric morphology.
