血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗老年性前列腺增生的临床疗效

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗老年性前列腺增生的临床疗效,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组87例老年性前列腺增生患者按照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(43例);对照组给予口服非那雄胺片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用血府逐瘀汤加减;两组治疗均以30 d为一个疗程。两组患者一般资料结果对比表明无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.45%)显著高于对照组(74.42%),且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后前列腺体积(63.74±14.39)cm3显著小于对照组(80.57±12.65)cm3,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后平均度数(1.52±0.64)显著低于对照组(2.11±0.62),且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗老年性前列腺增生症疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要临床研究价值,值得推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Senile Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective： To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 87 cases of senile patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia according to random number table were randomly divided into control group（ n = 44） and observation group（ n = 43）. The control group was given oral finasteride tablets treatment and the observation group took Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. 30 d was a course. General information on the results of the two groups showed no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Results： The total effective rate（ 95. 45%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 74. 42%） and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,prostate volume （ 63. 74 ± 14. 39） cm3] was significantly lower than that of control group （ 80. 57 ± 12. 65）cm3]and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the average degree（ 1. 52 ± 0. 64） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 2. 11 ± 0. 62） and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine for senile prostatic hyperplasia has significant effect and important clinical research value and it should be widely applied.
