| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方卡力孜然酊联合应用糖皮质激素治疗局限性白癜风的疗效和安全性.方法 临床随机分为两组,治疗组30例外涂复方卡力孜然酊,3(或)4次/d,隔日外涂三卤米他松/三氯生(新适确得),2次/d.对照组30例外涂复方卡力孜然酊,3(或)4次/d;共治疗5个月.结果 治疗组痊愈率为46.66%,总有效率为100%.结论 复方卡力孜然酊联合糖皮质激素治疗局限性白癜风有良效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound Kaliziran tincture combined with glucocorticoid on local vitiligo. Methods All patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with compound Kaliziran tincture, 3 to 4 times daily, and halometasone / triclosan (sicorten plus), twice daily. While the control group was treated with compound kaliziran tincture exclusively, 3 to 4 times daily. The therapeutic courses for both groups were 5 months. Results The cure rate and the total effective value of the treatment group were 46.66% and 100% respecitvely.Condusion Combined treatment of compound Kaliziran tincture with glucocorticoid has significant efficacy on vitiligo limitations. |
