玉屏风颗粒辅助舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究

目的：评价玉屏风颗粒辅助舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma，CVA)的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的CVA患者96例，按随机数字表法分为2组，每组48例。对照组雾化吸入舒利迭，观察组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风颗粒。2组均治疗8周，随访6个月。采用瑞氏染色计算诱导痰中嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil, EOS)所占比例，采用ELISA法检测诱导痰中IL-17和IL-6含量，评价临床疗效并比较复发率。结果治疗后，观察组 EOS 计数(9.63±2.24)%比(14.26±3.27)%，t＝3.415]、IL-17表达(18.71±4.32)ng/ml 比(27.42±6.41)ng/ml，t＝3.146]和 IL-6表达(20.35±5.23)ng/ml 比(31.47±7.36)ng/ml，t＝3.517]均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。对照组咳嗽缓解时间(7.42±2.13)d 比(6.07±1.82)d，t＝2.576]和咳嗽消失时间(14.54±2.78)d 比(10.46±2.31)d，t＝2.712]均较观察组延迟(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率91.7%(44/48)比79.2%(38/48)，χ2＝2.426]高于对照组(P＝0.042)、复发率6.8%(3/44)比21.1%(8/38)，χ2＝3.316]低于对照组(P＝0.024)。结论玉屏风颗粒辅助舒利迭可减低CVA患者EOS计数和IL-17、IL-6表达，抑制气道高炎症反应。

OralYupingfeng combined with inhaled salmeterol xinafoate/fluticasone propionate for cough variant asthma

Objective To detect the clinical effects ofYupingfeng granules combined with Seretide on the patients with cough variant asthma (CVA).MethodsA total of 96 CVA patients were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into the Seretide control group (n=48) andYupingfeng granules combined with Seretide treatment group (n=48). The control group was given Seretide treatment, and the treatment group was treated withYupingfeng granules and Seretide. The eosinophil (EOS) proportion was calculated by wright staining in induced sputum. The IL-17 and IL-6 expression was detected by ELISA analyses. The rate of clinic effects and adverse reaction was compared.Results After treatment, EOS proportion (9.63% ± 2.24%vs. 14.26% ± 3.27%,t=3.415), IL-17 (18.71 ± 4.32 ng/ml vs.27.42 ± 6.41 ng/ml, t=3.146), and IL-6 (20.35 ± 5.23 ng/ml vs.31.47 ± 7.36 ng/ml,t=3.517) expression in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 ). The cough relief time (7.42 ± 2.13 dvs. 6.07 ± 1.82 d,t=2.576) and disappearance time (14.54 ± 2.78 d vs. 10.46 ± 2.31 d,t=2.712) in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of clinic effects (91.7%vs.79.2%,χ2=2.426) in the treatment group was siginificantly better than that in the control group (P=0.042). The recurrent rate (6.8%vs. 21.1%,χ2=3.316) in the treatment group was siginificantly lower than that in the control group (P=0.024).ConclusionsTheYupingfeng granules combined with Seretide could reduce EOS proportion, IL-17 and IL-6 expression to inhibit inflammatory reaction on the patients with CVA.
