摘    要:本文根据“肾主骨”的中医理论,探讨了益肾补骨推拿法治疗骨质疏松症模型动物的实验方法.常用的模型制作方法包括卵巢摘除骨质疏松大鼠模型(OVX)、老年性骨质疏松大鼠模型和糖皮质激素诱发骨质疏松大鼠模型( GIOP),对这些造模成功的大鼠进行益肾补骨推拿法操作,观测大鼠骨密度(BMD)和骨代谢生化指标的变化.通过动物实验证实...

Abstract:Based on the "kidney controlling bones" of traditional Chinese medicine theory,this article researched the effects of treating osteoporosis with the method of kidney-tonifying and bone-strengthening massage therapy.Commonly used method of modeling included ovariectomized rat model of osteoporosis (OVX),senile rat model of osteoporosis and glucocorticoid induced rat model of osteoporosis (GIOP),kidney-tonifying and bone-strengthening massage therapy were applied on these models,and the rat bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical marker of bone metabolism changes were observed.Confirmed by animals experiment,it was effective to repair a bone in all rat osteoporosis models with kidney-tonifying and bone-strengthening massage,which provided theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the use of kidney-tonifying and bone-strengthening massage therapy in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
