美国医学人文学课程教育现状

摘    要:20世纪中叶,美国将医学人文学理论引进校园并开设多种医学人文学科的课程,希望医学生能更好地理解疾病、痛苦,更具同情心,更易于与病患沟通。近年来,医学人文学科课程教育带来的医学生综合素质、诊疗技术提高等积极作用得到认可。美国等发达国家开始关注如何建立统一、客观的医学人文学科课程效果反馈与评估,不少专家学者对医学人文学科教育的前景做出猜想。

The research of American medical humanities education
Abstract:In the middle of the 20th century, the United States first proposed the medical humanities theory to campus and offered a variety of medical humanities curriculum, hoping that medical students would have a better understanding of diseases, pain, show themselves more compassion, and foster their communication skills. In recent years, the medical humanities education played a positive role in developing and improving medical students’ comprehensive ability as well as their diagnosis and treatment technology. Currently, American pays more attention to establish a unified and objective standard to evaluate the effect of medical humanities curriculum. Meanwhile, many experts give some suggestions to the medical humanities education.
