温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效.方法 将KOA患者随机分为两组,治疗组41例,采用温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎;对照组37例,针刺结合特定电磁波辐射器(TDP)照射治疗.观察比较两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组控制率34.15%、总有效率90.24%,对照组控制率13.51%、为70.27%.两组控制率、总有效率组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 温针治疗KOA有效.

Observation on therapeutic effect of warming needling on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Methods All patients were randomly recruited into an observation group(n=41)and a control group(n=37).The observation group was treated by warming needling.while the control group was treated by common acupuncture combined with TDP. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90.24%and 70.27%respectively,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming needling was effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.
