摘    要:目的:建立中药材甘草的新鉴定分析方法。方法:采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法。结果:通过对2个甘草对照品和8个甘草中药材进行实验、计算分析,获得了甘草的标准X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱及特征标记峰值。结论:X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于中药材甘草的鉴定。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a new identification and analysis method of Chinese medicinal materia Liquoric Root. Methods: Powder X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern. Results: Experiments and analysis were carried out on ten samples. The standard X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Liquoric Root were obtained. Conclusion: This method can be used for identification of Chinese medicinal materia Liquoric Root.
