| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨染料木素对主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)增殖及抗脂质过氧化作用.方法:培养大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞,同时加入不同浓度染料木素,观察其对平滑肌细胞增殖和培养液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、3',5'-环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、6-酮-前列环素(6-Keto-PGF1α)的影响,细胞增殖测定采用MTT法.结果:与对照组比较,染料木素在0.1～100 μmol/L范围内能明显抑制平滑肌细胞增殖(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),且呈计量依赖性;一定浓度染料木素能提高培养液SOD活性,降低MDA含量,升高cAMP和6-Keto-PGF1α水平.结论:染料木素可能通过提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量,升高cAMP和6-Keto-PGF1α水平抑制平滑肌细胞增殖.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of genistein on the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of rat aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC). METHODS: Different concentrations of genistein were used to inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle cells, and SOD, MDA, cAMP, 6-Keto-PGF1a in medium were observed. MTT method was used to assay the proliferation of SMC. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, 0.1-100 micromol/L genistein could inhibit the proliferation of SMC by increasing SOD activity, raising cAMP and 6-Keto-PGF1a, reducing MDA (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the inhibitory action accompanied with the dose-effect relation. |
