灰毡毛忍冬花蕾水溶性化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究灰毡毛忍冬花蕾的水溶性化学成分。方法:采用多种层析分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬干燥花蕾的水提物中分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:反式-芳樟醇-3,7-氧化物-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、secologanoside(2)、secoxyloganin(3)、绿原酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、蔗糖(6)。结论:化合物1为首次以单体化合物形式从自然界中分离得到,化合物2、3为从该植物中首次分离得到。

Abstract:Objective:To study the water-soluble chemical constituents of the flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by means of chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified as trans-linalool-3,7-oxide-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),secologanoside(2),secoxyloganin(3),chlorogenic acid(4),caffeic acid(5),sucrose(6).Conclusion:Compound 1 is isolated from nature as a single compound for the first time,compounds 2~3 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
